Our programs #1 priority is your players safety.  New players do not begin with our program until after our season starts.  We must make sure we have enough staff to accommodate all our players and their extremely wide range of skill levels.

Player Requirements:

• Our program is for any individual with a cognitive learning disability.  ie. Autism, Down Syndrome, ADHD etc.
• Minimum Age:  5 years old
• Maximum Age:  NONE
• You must be able to wear all safety gear/equipment properly as intended by the manufacturer and required by USA Hockey.
• You must submit a medical release form signed by your health care provider.

Filling out this form adds you to our New Player Waiting List.  This form does not add you to our roster or get you on ice.  After you submit this form we will contact you via the information you provided on this form.

Our coaching and volunteer  staff is 100% volunteers.  No matter how you want to help out our team, on or off ice, please fill out this information form and we will contact you.

Our Junior Coaches are one of our programs greatest assets!  Our players love to work with the Junior Coaches!  Our Junior Coaches are required to wear their team warm ups while volunteering for our team.

Requirements

Minimum age 13 years.  Upon reaching the age of 18, Junior  Coaches must comply with the USA Hockey Screening Program Requirements. (SafeSport & Background Screening)

Must be registered with USA Hockey

Must wear a helmet with full face shield, gloves and skates while on the ice. Must wear helmet during games & while coaching on the bench.

Must always be under the supervision of a carded, screened adult coach during all practices, events and in the locker rooms.
